One thing I have learned while living in Chi-town ~ school is not canceled for snow! EXCEPT today! After my almost 3 hour commute home last night, I was more than excited to get all the calls before 6 am to say school is out. Kids & I plan to venture outside to play in all this white stuff after nap.
On the health front, got test results back. Blood work shows I am having a MAJOR allergic reaction to something. My gut feeling is that I am reacting to some medication. Therefore, the doctor has changed it. I am actually looking better and feel pretty good. Still itchy ~ but that is definately better.

I love snow days too. We got about 8 inches today. Last year we had 2 snow days. Let it snow!!
I was itchy for a couple of days last week when I was sick -- I think it was a side-effect of Guafinisin (spelling?). It's an expectorant that I was taking to get all the gunk out of my chest and I just started itching like crazy -- I couldn't stop!
So, I stopped taking that and within 1 day I stopped itching....
